Autoterm water and air heaters are built to ISO 9001-2015 standards. They also have E2 R10 and E2 R122 approval for whole vehicle approval for use in road vehicles. 

AUTOTERM Air 2D is the most compact diesel-powered air heater from Air series.

The heater unit uses fresh air from outside or from a well-ventilated room, then heats it up quickly, thus providing comfort and warmth in low temperature environments.

The heater’s maximum power output is 2 kW and it is capable to produce up to 86 m3 of hot air flow hourly, and maintain your desired temperature.

With its compact design, AUTOTERM Air 2D can be easily installed or retrofitted in almost any land vehicle, marine transport vehicle and is supplied with a full installation kit, whether you choose the 12V or the 24V DC version.

Already reasonably priced, the AUTOTERM Air 2D maintains its low cost further due to its excellent fuel economy (even at maximum power), consuming only 0.24 litres of diesel fuel per hour.

All AUTOTERM Air series heaters are equipped with brushless induction motors that ensure low noise levels as well as a long lifetime for the device and the capability to operate in extreme environments and temperatures as low as -45°C/-49°F.

AUTOTERM Air heaters can be controlled with various control panels or remotely via your iOS or Android smartphone (remote control modem sold separately).

Product Details

The Autoterm Air 2kW is the most compact heater model in the production line, it is intended for use in Campervans, motorhomes, crew cabins and work spaces, commercial vans and trucks, as well as boats that are up to 33ft. 

The capacity of the Autoterm Air 2kW air heater is between 0.8 kW and 2 kW, and it is capable of heating up 75 m3 of air hourly. It maintains excellent economy and uses between 0.1 litres and 0.24 litres of diesel per hour. They are available in either 12 or 24v version.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day1. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 1 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@vanjunkies.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@vanjunkies.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
